to do and to think lists

Hi gang!

It was great to see the people at the workshop session yesterday.  For those of you that couldn’t make it, I cam came up with some thinking things and doing things for everyone over the next few weeks.

Doing things –  Do read chapter 1 of Bell (if you haven’t got a copy, you can access a digital copy through the library with your ATHENS password from this link

http://library.mdx.ac.uk/ipac20/ipac.jsp?session=125966247R56X.303&profile=bg&source=~!horizon&view=items&uri=full=3100001~!573348~!4&ri=1&aspect=eSearch&menu=search&ipp=20&spp=20&staffonly=&term=research+methodology&index=.EW&uindex=&aspect=eSearch&menu=s

2. Do read the assessment and get your head around what is required to complete that side of the module

3. Do read the module handbook

4. Read all of the blogs (Peter, Paula, Rosemary and Alan) and try and comment and engage in the debate and discussions

Thinking

1. Start thinking about your research topic, what kind of things would you like to explore, what questions do you have about that topic, what do you already know (or think you know), what don’t you know.  To find out about reserach topics, and how they relate to module and course, go to Paula Nottinghams blog (http://www.paulanottingham.blogspot.com/)
